ALHAMBRA VILLAS is a well established, British owned Estate Agency with its offices in the peaceful little town of Los Alcázares, situated on the Costa Cálida (Murcia) area in the south east of Spain. We offer a wide range of properties in both the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida areas, concentrating especially on our own very special area of the “Mar Menor”. This is a unique 22 kilometre long sea lagoon famed for the therapeutic effects of its waters and a haven for water sports of all kinds. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the famous “La Manga Golf Course” nearby, along with a host of new courses which are underway – Murcia is tipped to be the future golfers’ paradise of Europe.
